Sales Consultant – Logistics

A leading Logistical Consulting company is looking for a Sales Consultant to be based in their office in Cape Town

  • To ensure all activities regarding client relationship management are executed.
  • Customer relationship management
  • Manage customer relationships and expectations effectively and pro-actively across all levels of the customer’s business units, in line with:
    • SLA and KPIs
    • Ensure that organisational relationship matrix is developed, maintained and rolled out between the company and customer stakeholders at all levels
    • Be a driving force within the team by building trust and cooperation at all levels within the customer’s organisation
    • Grow existing customer revenue through targeted on-sell and cross-sell initiatives of entire service offering
  • New business development
    • Lead generation – Identify new opportunities in line with our business development strategy and service offering capability
    • Data analysis – Continuous analysis of the customer’s business to understand emerging trends within their business and industry
    • Proposal formulation
        • Calculate commercials (rates) and agree execution capability with operational team
        • Formulate client proposal (including formal documentation and supporting annexures) and build final presentation.
