A leading Retailer is looking for a Project Manager to be based at their office in Johannesburg.
Responsible for the infrastructure and process projects within the Distribution Centres in the network, under the guidance of the DC Development Manager.
The function of the role is to execute the planning, designing and implementation of new process and infrastructure improvements and expansions in the DC’s from start to completion.
The role is required to, on an ongoing basis, evaluate existing process and infrastructure to ensure that maximum efficiency is extracted through improvement projects. The role also manages project expenditures against budget allocation for specific projects.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Industrial Engineering qualification
Minimum Experience:
- Previous experience in a project space in Distribution Centres or warehousing on a large scale with complex operations
- 5-8 years’ experience
