In this interview, Debbie Tagg of SmartProcurement speaks to Jothi David, Vice President of Indirect Spend at Massmart. Jothi is a business leader in her own right, with a proven track record in leading business transformation and setting up business transformation Centre of Excellence and Procurement functions for blue-chip companies across telecoms, financial services, retail and FMCG. She excels at creating winning teams and solving complex problems, her most recent being setting up and running the procurement business at Massmart. Jothi holds a BSc in Chemical Engineering, a Masters in Business Leadership (MBL), as well as a Lean-Sigma Black Belt, and is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply.
